ByI’ve heard a lot of folks say that this January has been unusual for them because they usually jump into the new year with a lot of energy, focus, and commitment but they haven’t been able to kick themselves into gear, so to speak, this time and they’re not sure why. Here we are, entering February, and they’re still looking for that forward momentum.
